Your coach

My name is Richard Andrews. Through my company,  Create the Future Ltd, I have worked full-time in coaching since early 2003 and since then I have carried out over 1500 hours of coaching and supervision.I am Accredited by the Association for Coaching, have a Masters degree in Coaching and Mentoring Practice with Merit from Oxford Brookes University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Supervision for Coaching and Mentoring with Distinction, also from Brookes. I am equally at home working face to face, on the phone or by email. 

My clients tell me that I have a warm style, allowing challenges and observations to be made in a non-threatening and highly productive way.

Before moving into coaching, I worked in the investment industry, most recently as a senior executive in an investment bank. I am a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. 

I have worked as a volunteer call-taker at Parentline Scotland since early 2003 and I am a volunteer business mentor at Business Mentoring Scotland.
